To celebrate the reopening, Chef José Avillez and Chef José Barroso hosted are hosting an extraordinary culinary evening on 5 November, bringing together four of the Middle East’s most acclaimed chefs — Izu Ani, Salam Dakkak, Mohamad Orfali, and Himanshu Saini. The one-night-only collaboration, showcases the spirit of creativity and camaraderie that defines Dubai’s vibrant dining scene, with each chef contributing their distinctive flair to a multi-course celebration of flavour and innovation.
