Chefs Kuv and Chef Akmal Anuar, each known for pushing the limits of flavour and storytelling, will come together to craft an 8-course menu rooted in memory, shaped by risk, and elevated through reinvention.
Chef Kuv, the underground dining maverick behind the beloved Kuv’s Secret Supper Club, brings bold narrative-driven cuisine, while Chef Akmal, celebrated for his precision and mastery in some of Dubai’s most iconic kitchens like Goldfish, Harummanis, Otoro, Funkoolio and more, adds finesse and technical brilliance. Together, they promise a dining experience that blurs the lines between comfort and craft, chaos and control.
The menu, priced at AED 415 per person, is designed as a sensory odyssey tracing the chefs’ origins — from nostalgic street eats and coastal flavours to dishes born from MICHELIN-starred foundations.
