Time Out Market Dubai has added a fresh name to its ever-evolving culinary line-up, welcoming CQ French Brasserie this month. The homegrown concept channels the warmth and familiarity of a traditional Parisian brasserie, offering diners a slice of France right in the heart of Downtown.
Founded by Ziad and Rowan Kamel of Rosy Hospitality, CQ French Brasserie marks its third Dubai outpost, following popular venues in Jumeirah Lake Towers and Barsha Heights. Built on values of resilience and generosity, the concept is rooted in classic French dining — approachable, comforting and designed to bring people together.
At its core, CQ’s menu celebrates timeless brasserie staples, executed with precision and consistency. Crowd favourites include Steak Frites, served with crispy fries and signature sauces, alongside rich Escargots with garlic and parsley butter. Another highlight is the Wild Mushroom & Chicken Vol-au-Vent, delivering a deeply comforting, indulgent bite.
Exclusively at Time Out Market Dubai, diners can try Fish Frites made using fresh catch from the Arabian Sea — a local twist on a French classic. To finish, the much-loved Pain Perdu offers a decadent end to the meal.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Fadi Naim, Group Executive Chef of Rosy Hospitality, who remains committed to preserving the essence of French brasserie cooking through honest techniques and quality ingredients.
For the founders, opening at Time Out Market Dubai represents more than expansion — it’s a significant milestone. Having spent over two decades building hospitality concepts centred around warmth and familiarity, the Kamels see this as an opportunity to reach a wider audience while staying true to their ethos.
