Culinary Innovators 2025: Dubai’s Finest Chefs Unite for a Two-Day Gastronomic Celebration

12 of Dubai’s best come together

Gault&Millau UAE’s Culinary Innovators returns for its second edition this 21 and 22 November at The Avery, Conrad Hotel. The two-day pop-up brings together 12 of Dubai’s leading chefs, paired into six collaborative kitchens for an immersive dine-around experience that celebrates creativity and the UAE’s finest ingredients.

Building on the success of last year’s debut, this edition focuses on collaboration over competition, with each duo crafting an appetiser-sized hero dish that highlights local produce.
