DUO Gastrobar Launches Its Guilt-Free ‘Harvest and Harmony’ Menu

A fresh start

DUO Gastrobar, the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-recognised restaurant at Dubai Creek Harbour, has launched ‘Harvest and Harmony’, a new seasonal menu designed to redefine healthy dining. Crafted entirely without gluten or added sugar, and with minimal lactose, the menu showcases how nourishing food can still be flavour-driven, refined and enjoyable.

The dishes are built around nutrient-rich, largely plant-based ingredients alongside premium fish, offering guests a lighter way to dine without compromising on taste or creativity.

The name reflects the philosophy behind the menu: Harvest represents the focus on seasonal produce, while Harmony conveys the balance the dishes aim to bring to body and mind. Chef-Owner Dmitr Blinov describes the menu as a joyful challenge, noting that every plate has been designed to be wholesome yet gastronomic.

Key ingredients such as kale, beans, pomelo, tuna and chia seeds appear throughout, forming dishes like Kale Salad with Pomelo and Peach, Octopus Ceviche with Beans and Baked Sea Bass with Herbs. For dessert, Chocolate Chia with Raspberry offers a naturally sweet finale without gluten or added sugar.

The bar follows the same ethos with plant-powered drinks, including Orange Turmeric Ginger Juice, Matcha Collagen Lemonade and a caffeine-free iced tea enriched with Chlorella, all crafted to complement the menu’s light, vibrant flavours.
