HAPI, Dubai’s homegrown feel-good food spot, has launched a new lineup of globally inspired Salad Bowls that make everyday dining feel like a mini escape. Priced between AED 54 and 58, each bowl is a colourful mix of grains, greens, herbs, and bright dressings – crafted to be as satisfying as they are nourishing.

For Chef Paul Frangie, HAPI’s founder, the collection is all about the beauty of spontaneity. “Sometimes you open the fridge and have no idea what to make,” he says. “You grab a few good ingredients, mix them up with a great dressing, and suddenly you’ve got something fresh and satisfying.”

That effortless, joyful spirit comes through in every bite.

Travel to the Aegean, where creamy feta meets sweet figs and a hint of lemon zest. The Levant celebrates the soul of the Middle East with labneh, za’atar, and pomegranate. Amalfi brings Italian comfort with basil pesto and roasted sweet potato, while Marrakesh turns up the heat with harissa yogurt and preserved lemon. And for a playful, sunny twist, El Mexicano blends avocado, pineapple, and jalapeño for a lively burst of flavour.

“I wanted each bowl to feel like a place I love,” says Chef Paul. “They all have texture, colour, sweetness, acidity, and crunch – the Levant bowl is my favourite; it smells like Lebanon to me.”
