For a limited time only
Dubai’s burger scene is about to get a serious shake-up. Supernova Burger, the London-born brand with a near-obsessive fan following, is making its UAE debut with a limited-time pop-up at Marsa Boulevard from February 1 2026.
Known for its minimal menu and flavour-first philosophy, Supernova has built a reputation for doing one thing exceptionally well: classic burgers, done right. No gimmicks, no over-styling – just top-tier ingredients and perfect execution.
Since opening its first location in London in 2023, Supernova Burger has expanded rapidly, with popular outposts in Soho, South Kensington and Mayfair, plus regional locations across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Wherever it lands, queues follow.
The appeal lies in its simplicity. The menu focuses on classic and house cheeseburgers made with a blend of dry-aged British beef, finished with Supernova’s signature house sauce. Add crisp fries, indulgent sundaes and soft drinks, and you’ve got a comfort-food lineup that’s earned serious loyalty.
Set along Dubai Creek, Marsa Boulevard has fast become one of the city’s most exciting waterfront destinations, known for its rotating mix of food, culture and creative pop-ups. That makes it an ideal landing spot for Supernova’s UAE introduction, offering a relaxed, buzzy backdrop that mirrors the brand’s unfussy ethos.
The pop-up will run daily from February 1, opening from 4pm to 12am on weekdays and 4pm to 1am on weekends – prime hours for post-work bites and late-night burger runs.
This pop-up is just the beginning. Later in 2026, Supernova Burger is set to open its first permanent locations in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, bringing its cult-favourite burgers, crispy fries and feel-good sundaes to a wider UAE audience.
If London’s long-standing love affair with Supernova is anything to go by, expect this pop-up to draw crowds fast.
