MICHELIN Guide Doha 2026: Everything You Need to Know

2026’s best in the Qatari capital

Doha’s culinary calendar reached a high point as the MICHELIN Guide revealed its 2026 edition at The St. Regis Doha, confirming the Qatari capital’s status as a serious global dining destination. This year’s selection, the second edition for the city, introduces 12 new restaurants, with nine entering the MICHELIN Guide’s Selected category, eight earning Bib Gourmands for great value, and three taking home the coveted One MICHELIN Star.

Alba’s First Star

Italian standout Alba, located within the striking Katara Towers at Two MICHELIN Key Raffles Doha, is the headline success story. The restaurant receives its first One MICHELIN Star thanks to the refined, confident cooking of Chef Cristhian Serraino. Expect elegant plates such as Barolo-braised veal cheek, shrimp ragù spaghetti, and premium produce including Balfegó tuna flown in from Europe – all delivered with polished flair.

The Bib Gourmand category continues to highlight quality dining at approachable prices. New additions this year include Fenyal, a go-to for affordable Middle Eastern comfort dishes; Mila at One MICHELIN Key Rosewood Doha, offering Mediterranean and Levantine sharing plates by Chef Marc.
