New territory for the beloved burger
Dubai-born burger favourite Pickl has officially opened its first restaurant in Jordan, marking the brand’s sixth international market and bringing its signature fresh fast food to Amman.
Located at Vista 4 in the buzzing Abdoun Corridor, the new dine-in venue introduces Jordanian diners to Pickl’s cult smash burgers, crispy fried chicken and indulgent shakes for the first time. The opening represents another milestone for parent company Yolk Brands, which continues to scale its portfolio of homegrown F&B concepts across the region.
Designed as a casual, community-focused space, the 134-square-metre restaurant seats 40 guests indoors and 16 outdoors. The relaxed setting is geared towards everything from laid-back lunches to late-night burger runs, with doors open daily from 11am until 1am.
Guests can expect the full Pickl experience, from preservative-free burgers and fried chicken to loaded fries and the brand’s cult sauces. Delivery services are set to roll out across surrounding areas soon, extending the reach of the brand’s fresh fast food offering across the capital.
Pickl’s Jordan debut comes through a strategic partnership with Al Maysarah Holding, whose local expertise has been key to launching the brand in the Kingdom. The collaboration is expected to support further expansion in Amman in the coming years.

Stephen Flawith, Founder and CEO of Yolk Brands, described the opening as both a business and personal milestone, noting Jordan’s rich food culture and the significance of launching in the home market of Pickl’s Co-Founder and Chairman, Nabil Al Rantisi. Yaser Al Rawi, Managing Director of Al Maysarah Holding, added that Pickl’s focus on quality and strong brand identity aligns well with Jordanian consumer tastes.
Since launching in Dubai in 2019, Pickl has grown to more than 30 venues across the Middle East, earning a loyal following for its FRESH. FAST. FOOD philosophy and commitment to hormone- and preservative-free ingredients. The brand has expanded across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, building a reputation as one of the region’s most recognisable fast-casual players.

Jordan’s thriving dining scene makes it a natural next step. With its first Amman restaurant now open, Pickl adds a bold new option to the city’s fast-casual landscape, blending big flavours with a distinctly playful personality.
