Tow homegrown icons come together
Beloved cafe space Saddle Café and iconic perfume name KAYALI are collaborating, and the results smell delicious. The two names have come together to create a limited-edition menu inspired by KAYALI’s newest collection – The Freedom Collection, a celebration of empowerment, independence, authenticity and being unapologetically yourself.
The idea is simple – what if you could taste your fragrance and smell your flavours, and this is where the multi-sensory element comes in – you can explore the entire profile through not just one sense, but two of the most important ones, the ones that help us inject colour and substance in our lives.

“The story behind this collection is deeply personal to me. It was inspired by my own journey toward independence and learning to fully embrace who I am without holding myself back. Partnering with Saddle felt so natural because they share that same passion for storytelling through experience. Together, we asked ourselves – what does freedom taste like? Can you sip a feeling? This collaboration is our answer.” says Mona Kattan, CEO and Founder of KAYALI.
As part of the new menu drop, Saddle has created four bespoke beverages that bring each fragrance note to life through taste, aroma and emotion. It’s essentially taking the fragrance and translating it into a beverage – a scent to flavour transition.
The Freedom Musk Latte is a silky blend of praline and oat milk, inspired by the fragrance’s soft musk and comforting warmth. The Freedom Musk Santal, with orange blossom and cappuccino is a mandarin-spiked cappuccino that captures the fragrance’s citrus profile and sensuality. Freedom Musk Matcha with hazelnut praline and oat milk is sweet, earthy and grounded. And lastly, the Dulce de Leche Affogato features oat milk gelato, espresso, and dulce de leche for true indulgence.
As part of the collaboration, the first 1,000 customers to purchase one of the four creations at any Saddle location in the UAE will receive a set featuring mini samples of all four Freedom Collection perfumes: Freedom Musk Bouquet | 27, Freedom Musk Santal | 34, FreedomMusk Matcha | 45, and Freedom Musk Latte | 41.
The menu is now available across all Saddle locations in the UAE.
