Signor Sassi and Rampoldi are Bringing Monegasque Glamour to Dubai

Two stars unite for an exclusive residency

Dubai’s very own Signor Sassi is gearing up to welcome a Monegasque icon for five days in November, and this is a residency you don’t want to miss. The luxe Italian venue has cemented itself as one of the most elegant destinations in the pool of Dubai’s nightlife, and is collaborating with Rampoldi and Chef Antonio Salvatore – two of the most acclaimed mainstays on Monaco’s dining scene.

Running from 12 to 16 November, Il Giardino di Sassi will be transformed into ‘Il Giardino di Rampoldi’, reimagined with Rampoldi’s signature burgundy hues, and will offer a specially curated menu  that captures the very best of the French Riviera and Southern Italy. Think a slice of Monte Carlo charm with the colourful elegance of Italian spontaneity.

Signature dishes will include the Grand Marnier Soufflé, Angus Beef Fillet ‘Rossini’, the Classic Beef Fillet Tartare, Flan de Parmesan ‘Rampoldi’, Ravioli de Pâte Fraiche Maison farcis avec Ricotta with Sauce Beurre et Sauge, to name a few – Riviera flair and flavours, served with the heart of Italian hospitality.

The residency will culminate on Sunday 16 November, with a special edition of Signor Sassi’s beloved Evviva Brunch, inspired by Rampoldi. This midday celebration will offer a final toast to a week of celebrating heritage, history and gastronomic artistry.

The Legend of Rampoldi

Founded in 1946 and nestled at the corner of Place du Casino, Rampoldi has built a long culinary legacy and has stood as a symbol of timeless Monegasque allure, beloved by royalty, celebrities, and discerning diners alike for 77 years.

Under the creative direction of MICHELIN-starred Chef Antonio Salvatore – the restaurant’s driving force and co-owner – Rampoldi has remained a star of Monaco’s culinary culture, and a window into Monaco’s fascinating lifestyle.

Following its success in Monte Carlo, Rampoldi expanded internationally with the opening of its New York City outpost in 2023, and under Chef Antonio’s pioneering vision, introduced the ‘new Monegasque cuisine‘, a style that fuses French and Italian sensibilities.
