Eight concepts, one venue
The tallest hotel in the world has opened it’s doors, and with a new opening comes a new set of culinary offerings to explore. The Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG opened on November 15, and presents a stunning, sky-high urban escape in the heart of Dubai Marina – rising majestically, a visual treat in the city’s skyline.
Rising 82 floors into the sky and reaching 377 metres, the hotel boasts 1004 rooms and suites, and is an architectural and experiential landmark, where guests are invited to discover a unique contrast found in few other cities – the marriage of the east and west, the city and the sea, big, bold and grand with intimate. Designed to be a multi-sensory stay, the experience will take guests through several dimensions, from the larger-than-life glass-and-concrete facade to the memories one would create during the visit.

The interiors move with natural rhythm, where soft lines and serene tones evoke calm, warm hues and dynamic lighting bring energy, and organic textures provide grounding – the result is a space that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to nature. The hotel also has one of the world’s highest infinity pools with panoramic views of Dubai’s beautiful coastline.
The Dining
The hotel is home to eight destination dining venues, afew open now and more to come later – each with a different culinary journey. West 13 celebrates the art of classic European dining with a contemporary twist, think the sun-kissed flavours of the Italian coastline meet the vibrant spirit of Latin America, and the charm of the Mediterranean fuses perfectly with Western influences. The menu will be showcasing handmade pasta, gyros, tacos, mezze, and artisanal bakery creations.

East 14 is all about the Silk Road, inspired by the flavors, aromas, and stories carried along the ancient trade routes between the Far East and the Middle East. This all-day dining concept celebrates the rich diversity of Asian cuisine with influences from China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam, while also embracing the aromatic flavors of Arabic cuisine.

Beloved cafe concept Risen Café and Bakery serves breakfast, lunch, and an all-day menu filled with classic and specialty confectioneries, delicious café-style dishes, freshly baked pastries and award-winning barista coffee.
The star of the show is Tattu, the award-winning, UK-born modern Asian concept – a multi-level dining destination that fuses culinary and nightlife into one. The space comprises Tattu Restaurant & Bar, Tattu Sky Pool and Tattu Sky Lounge. Each level tells its own story through dramatic interiors and beautiful views.
Start on level 74, where the restaurant welcomes guests into a world of ancient mythology, modern mastery and contemporary Chinese and Japanese cuisine. On level 76, the Tattu Sky Pool rises to 310m, offering plush daybeds, Japanese-fusion bites and daytime relaxation to sunset DJ sets. Finally on level 81, the Sky Lounge & Terrace makes for a breathtaking rooftop experience.

Nuage is the pool bar experience – a space for complete relaxation and laid-back charm. Think loungers lined along the deck, free-flowing drinks, and a giant screen streaming live sports. The name itself – French for cloud – captures the spirit of the place: light, effortless, and unhurried.
On the menu, expect Mediterranean and Greek-inspired plates, from grilled seafood drizzled with olive oil, to vibrant salads with mindful ingredients. Find fresh juices, cocktails, and golden-hour spirits at the bar.
