12 concepts, one destination
Dubai’s dining and nightlife scene has an exciting new entrant – 25 Jump Street, the city’s first licensed street, and a buzzing dining and social destination bringing together a dozen fresh concepts. Alongside some incredible, new homegrown concepts, we also have international exports from London, Beirut and Denmark.
Located behind 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central, this vibrant district brings together 12 distinctive venues that blend dining, entertainment, and nightlife in an energetic way. Some venues have already opened their doors for visitors, with the rest to open later this year.
The project is a collaboration between 7 Management and Ennismore, the lifestyle group behind well-known brands such as SO/ and 25hours Hotels. From fine dining to quick bites and creative cocktails, the street offers a mix of experiences and price points that will keep visitors coming back.

Born in Lebanon and a local favourite, the Em Sherif deli is serving shawarma, mezze, and desserts in a stylish setting. The Mouneh corner offers homemade pickles, jams, and spices that showcase Lebanese culinary traditions.

A Palm favourite, Esco-bar now has a new home at One Central, serving tacos, fajitas, and cocktails with a lively atmosphere and upbeat music. The Beirut-born Tex-Mex spot is all about delicious Latin flavours and handcrafted cocktails.

Everyone’s breakfast favourite (we see those avocado sammies) brings its signature smoothies, juices, and sandwiches to 25 Jump Street, ideal for a quick refreshment or a casual meal.

After success all over France and London, this viral burger concept is set to shake up Dubai’s burger scene with perfectly smashed patties, buttery brioche buns, and house-made sauces.
