Blu Pizzeria
A haven for pizza lovers, Blu Pizzeria serves sourdough Neapolitan-style creations that marry traditional Italian craftsmanship with inventive flavours. The Musakhan Pizza, inspired by Palestinian spices, and the creamy Burrata Pizza are among its standout offerings.

The name is quite fitting – this is is a brand new addition, a new concept that will feature a rotating lineup of renowned regional and international chefs.

London’s much-loved WatchHouse makes its Middle East debut at Marsa Boulevard. Renowned for its exceptional coffee and elegant interiors, this marks the brand’s first UAE outpost — a new home for coffee connoisseurs by the Creek.

Marsa Boulevard isn’t just about dining — it’s an experience. The promenade will feature Instagram-worthy installations, from mirrored art pieces and light projections to flowing fabrics that dance in the wind. Visitors can also explore the Marsa Merch pop-up, The Charm Bar and an interactive phone booth, adding playful elements to the waterfront stroll.
Studio 152
A stunning multipurpose venue on the waterfront, Studio 152 will host immersive activations for designers, creatives, and fashion enthusiasts to connect and collaborate. The first exhibition saw a collaboration between Harper’s Bazaar Arabia and the legendary designer Georges Hobeika, to honour 30 years of the maison’s legacy through the curation of 30 exquisite archive dresses.
