Fashion and flavour come together
Dubai loves a collaboration, but this one feels different. It’s not just logos on a plate or merch on a shelf. It’s stitched, plated and served with intent.
Homegrown thrift favourite Digg It Thrift & Vintage has teamed up with hole-in-the-wall Pan-Asian spot LahKee for a limited drop that blends fashion, food and culture – all under one roof.
Their message? ‘Two worlds, one table’.
Digg It, known as Dubai’s go-to for curated 60s to 90s vintage, has built a loyal following for its sustainable, thrifted finds (yes, including sought-after Carhartt gems). Now, the brand is releasing a limited 1-of-1 shirt, available exclusively at Digg It.
Expect the same carefully curated aesthetic the store is known for – nostalgic, bold and unapologetically individual. It’s not fast fashion. It’s fashion with a story. And in true Digg It style, this isn’t mass-produced. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Over at LahKee, things are getting just as creative in the kitchen. The team has created a special dish titled ‘Auntie Digged It’, served exclusively at the Al Safa Park Complex restaurant.
If you haven’t been to LahKee yet, consider this your sign. The cosy Pan-Asian eatery has an old-school vibe, complete with cassette players, dial-up telephones and retro posters lining the walls. Take your spot in one of the four seats (only) at the open kitchen and watch the chefs in action.
The menu already reads like a greatest hits of comfort food with a twist. Think LahKee One: a bun stuffed with breaded chicken, spicy Korean sauce and cheddar. LahKee Two: gnocchi topped with burrata, tteokbokki sauce and fish cake. There’s black Angus beef short ribs in noodle form, bao buns packed with brisket, and rice dishes layered with mushrooms and mixed vegetables.
On the roll front, you’ll find everything from mentaiko-topped cod roe to Wagyu aburi with truffle and tiger prawn tempura. It’s bold, nostalgic and full of personality – much like the collab itself.
This isn’t a token partnership. It’s cultures being shared – stitched in fabric and served on a plate. Sustainable streetwear meets Pan-Asian soul food, right in the heart of Dubai.
Limited shirts. Exclusive dish. One table.
You know what to do.
