Coming soon to Dubai’s skyline
Dubai’s dining scene is gearing up for a major moment: Nobu One Za’abeel is officially opening in January 2026. The acclaimed Japanese-Peruvian brand, founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, is taking up residence at The Link — the world’s longest cantilevered building and one of Dubai’s most ambitious architectural feats.
Perched 100 metres above the city, this latest Nobu outpost promises a fresh, design-driven evolution of the brand, coupled with panoramic skyline views and the elevated sophistication One&Only One Za’abeel has become known for.

Inside, Nobu One Za’abeel leans into drama and detail. Expect a palette of black cerused oak, brass, embossed leather and statement stones like Calacatta Cielo marble — all softened with warm lighting and delicate gold-leaf accents.
As night settles in, the energy shifts. The bar and lounge will extend into a late-night destination, complete with DJ-led soundtracks and longer opening hours — a first for the Nobu brand worldwide. It’s nightlife, but with Nobu’s signature polish.
The Menu
The menu will highlight the classics that loyal guests already love: Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, world-famous sushi and premium Wagyu. But Nobu One Za’abeel is also introducing new dishes created exclusively for this location.

Expect plates like Umami Mediterranean Seabass with Tomato Dashi Ponzu, Amadai with Ginger Shiso Ponzu and the indulgent Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Shiitake Millefeuille Tozasu — all presented within a striking space accented by black quartzite and soft oak.
The Link: Dubai’s Sky-High Dining Playground
Set within One Za’abeel’s 230-metre sky concourse, Nobu will join a lineup of heavyweight culinary concepts that have already made The Link a must-visit dining hub. The destination features MICHELIN-starred La Dame de Pic, the Japanese-Mediterranean Tapasake next to the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool, Culinara Social Dining and the Riviera-inspired Aelia.
Together, they form one of Dubai’s most carefully curated clusters of dining and lifestyle experiences — with Nobu now adding an extra dose of star power.
One Za’abeel continues to position itself as one of the city’s most future-forward destinations. With luxury hotels, skyline-defining architecture, fine dining, retail at The Concourse and curated events at The Plaza, it’s already reshaping how Dubai eats, stays and socialises.
Nobu’s arrival in 2026 is set to elevate that vision even further — with a sky-high dining experience that blends technique, innovation and unmistakable Nobu flair.
