If there’s one place in Dubai that effortlessly blends culture, cuisine and city energy, it’s Downtown Dubai, and especially the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. This little crescent-shaped strip of road is marked on both sides by incredible restaurants, things to do and a nightlife energy found in few places.
