Born in Hong Kong, the name ‘Sip Song’ means 12 in Thai – an ode to the essential ingredients that embody the essence of Thai food. Sweet, sour, salty, spicy – the four horsemen of flavour, presented with balance. This is a space where one comes to have a great time, no fuss or frills attached, and no rules on how you’re supposed to spend your night.

Inside, the energy is unmissable – neon vibrancy in every corner, channeling the street-side spirit of Thailand. From patterned tiles and lush greenery to a glowing bar under flickering lights, every corner feels alive, and equal parts tropical and urban. Spanning 3,230 square feet, Sip Song comfortably seats up to 110 guests, and has the kind of open-plan design that allows for joyful socialising, conversation and laughter.

The menu itself will be flavour-led, with a cocktail menu that pushes the boundaries of tradition. Dishes are bold, shareable, and unapologetically fun, from zesty papaya salads and comfort-style Thai fried chicken to indulgent mango sticky rice.  Drinks push boundaries too, with creations like the Tom-Yumatini, a spicy-sour martini twist inspired by Thailand’s iconic soup, and the Sip Negroni, reinvented with coconut-washed gin and roasted rice flour.
