Winter pop-ups galore
One of Dubai’s favourite winter pop-ups is back. Zawya has returned to Al Safa Park with an impressive line-up of wood-fired pizzas, cute desserts, specialty coffee, matcha and the third edition of PAPER by the HUNTR.
As expected, the team behind Zawya delivers a beautifully curated experience, bringing together Moon Slice Pizza and Coated Café in a relaxed outdoor setting surrounded by palms and greenery. Open until 21 December 2025, the pop-up transforms a quiet corner of the park into a breezy dining destination ideal for families, laid-back lunches and early evening meals as the weather cools.
Moon Slice Pizza, with its well-loved Jumeirah and Sharjah locations, serves its signature Neapolitan-style pizzas from 2pm daily, all crafted and curated by the Zawya team. Coated Café by Zawya opens from 10am and brings a range of coffee, matcha and breakfast favourites to the lawn, with the breakfast menu launching on 5 December.
Expect bagels, light bites, creamy yoghurt bowls, appetisers and a focus on quality ingredients prepared simply and beautifully. Together, the two concepts create a seamless all-day dining experience that captures the relaxed charm of park life with an elevated twist.
An Experience Beyond the Food
It’s clear that the pop-up offers much more than its strong culinary line-up. Beyond the food, visitors can enjoy falconry displays, live music and merchandise. Families, in particular, will appreciate the open lawns, shaded spots and easy flow of the space, allowing children to move freely between the towering palms. As evening settles in, the setting becomes especially atmospheric, with the palms lit from below, the pizza ovens glowing warmly and the Dubai skyline flickering through the trees.
