YUBI and Fusion Ceviche Come Together This February

Dubai’s dining calendar is getting a serious upgrade this month. YUBI, the contemporary Japanese hotspot by Chef Reif Othman, is staging a one-night-only culinary collaboration on Tuesday February 11, teaming up with internationally recognised Chef Penelope Cruz of Fusion Ceviche.

For one evening only, diners can experience a cross-cultural set menu that blends modern Japanese finesse with bold Latin flavours — a meeting of two distinctive culinary styles under one roof.

Chef Reif Othman has built a loyal following in Dubai for his contemporary take on Japanese cuisine, known for clean flavours and precise technique. Joining him is Chef Penelope Cruz, whose work at Fusion Ceviche has earned global attention for its inventive interpretation of Latin cooking.

Together, the chefs will present a specially curated set menu priced at AED450 per person. Expect dishes that marry Japanese precision with vibrant Latin influences, designed as a cohesive tasting journey rather than a simple mash-up of cuisines.
