Set against the tranquil backdrop of palm groves and farmland, the Between the Palm Trees of Qidfa Festival arrives as a celebration of culture, community and countryside living. Held in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs and Chairman of the Emirates Council for Balanced Development, the festival reflects a strategic vision to strengthen national identity while preserving cultural, environmental and heritage legacies.

At its heart, the event champions rural development, cultural tourism and social stability, reinforcing the idea that heritage and modern economic growth can thrive side by side.
Running daily for two weeks from 4:30pm to 10pm, the festival is designed with families firmly in mind. Visitors can explore farm trails and guided tours that bring the local landscape to life, alongside an art exhibition inspired by nature and place.
Hands-on workshops, family-friendly activities and dedicated children’s play areas ensure there’s plenty to keep all ages entertained. From scenic walks among palm trees to creative sessions and interactive experiences, the atmosphere is relaxed, joyful and rooted in togetherness.
