Taking place in June, Off Menu brings together three chefs, three nights and incredible exclusive off-menu creations that you won’t be able to sample otherwise – at CarniStore, Warehouse 6A in Alserkal Avenue. This is a supper club series for all, open to whoever comes in search of a chef’s legend, a venue’s charm or simply a great, memorable meal.
The third dinner of this volume will take place on Wednesday 17 June, with a showcase by Chef Omar Basiony of Bâoli – serving a fusion of French, Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine at the Dubai outpost of this acclaimed global brand. His journey took him from Chicago to Boston, through MICHELIN-starred kitchens and to Dubai.
