The first of many
Dubai’s supper club scene is getting a serious upgrade this month as Sobremesa launches its new Sobremesa Y Amigos dinner series with a one-night-only collaboration alongside Chef Kuv Sharma, the founder of the UAE’s longest-running supper club.
Taking place on Thursday May 28 from 8pm, the immersive dining experience will see Sobremesa’s Chef Marco Ferreyra and Chef Kuv come together for a high-energy communal feast inspired by the warmth and spirit of Mexican dining culture.

Known for his story-led supper club experiences through Kuv’s Secret Supper Club, Chef Kuv has spent nearly a decade shaping the UAE’s underground dining scene with immersive events that blend food, music, design and conversation.
For this special collaboration, guests can expect a share-style menu packed with punchy Mexican flavours. Dishes on the lineup include Pátzcuaro-style whole fried bait fish, Carne Asada, Pulpo Tres Formas and Pollo Asado, before finishing with Sobremesa’s signature Tres Leches and spicy churros.

And because no Mexican-inspired dinner is complete without drinks, the evening also includes four signature cocktails inspired by classic flavours like chamoy, hibiscus and tropical agua frescas.
Rather than a formal chef’s table experience, the event promises a relaxed and lively communal atmosphere, with dishes served throughout the evening in true Sobremesa fashion.

The dinner also marks the launch of Sobremesa Y Amigos, a new collaborative series that aims to bring together chefs, creatives and Dubai’s dining community over food designed for sharing.
With limited seats available, bookings are expected to fill quickly over the Eid break.
