This chef-led dining gallery transforms a Jumeirah villa into a striking Japanese dining destination filled with bold interiors, art and premium-casual plates. Signature dishes include hamachi apple and A5 wagyu striploin ishiyaki, alongside seasonal menus celebrating regional ingredients.
VNTG
A relaxed new wine-and-cheese concept designed for both connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike. VNTG focuses on approachable wine culture, offering curated pours by the glass, ingredient-led dishes and a cosy, community-driven atmosphere without the pretence.
