Dubai favourite COYA Dubai is heading to Ibiza this summer — and this time, it’s bringing more than just dinner.
Launching on 5 June, COYA Beach Ibiza marks the brand’s biggest move yet, introducing COYA’s first fully integrated beach and stay experience. Think long lunches by the sea, sunset cocktails soundtracked by DJs, and stylish suites designed for late-night island escapes.
Known globally for its Peruvian-inspired menus and music-led atmosphere, COYA is now stepping firmly into lifestyle hospitality. The Ibiza launch includes the brand’s first collection of rooms and suites, located steps from the beach club in Playa d’en Bossa.
The design leans into COYA’s signature aesthetic, with warm earthy tones, natural textures and subtle Latin American influences throughout. Accommodation options range from COYA Vista Rooms with sea-view balconies to COYA Selva rooms complete with private gardens and jacuzzis. For those wanting the full VIP treatment, the COYA Mirador Suite comes with a rooftop terrace, Balinese bed and sweeping sea views.
Guests staying on-site will also get exclusive perks, including priority restaurant bookings, preferred sunbed access, a welcome drink at the Pisco Bar and access to COYA Rewards across the brand’s global destinations.
The opening marks a major evolution for the brand, which already has destinations in Dubai, London, Marbella and Monaco.
Yannis Stanisiere, Chief Operating Officer of COYA, said Ibiza felt like a ‘natural home’ for the next phase of the brand, thanks to its blend of music, culture, food and connection.
Set within The Site Ibiza alongside BLESS Ibiza The Site, the new destination will also feature curated retail partnerships, including a COYA capsule collection with Orlebar Brown and jewellery collaborations with APM Monaco.
COYA has long mastered the art of dinner turning into a party, and Ibiza feels like the logical next step. With beach access, music programming, design-led suites and its signature Latin American energy all wrapped into one destination, COYA Beach Ibiza looks set to become one of the island’s most talked-about openings of the season.
