For one night only
If your idea of a great night out involves generous sharing plates, standout steak and lively conversation, youβll want to mark Wednesday 29 July in your diary. Following the success of their first collaboration, Chef Ahmad Halawa and CarniStore are reuniting for Letβs Fiesta, an intimate Spanish-inspired dinner taking place at Casa Falafel.
Inspired by Chef Halawaβs recent travels across Spain, the one-night-only experience celebrates the countryβs relaxed dining culture, where meals are centred around sharing, exceptional produce and good company.
The evening begins with Spanish olives before guests tuck into a selection of tapas, including gazpacho, PadrΓ³n peppers, garlic shrimp, Spanish tortilla with aioli or tapas de setas con huevo made with locally sourced mushrooms and cured egg yolk, alongside pan con tomate with anchovies.
A fresh tomato salad and traditional seafood paella follow before the star attraction arrives: a Rubia Gallega Tomahawk and T-Bone.
The dinner also marks the first chance for diners in the UAE to experience Rubia Gallega through a specially curated menu. Recently introduced by CarniStore, the renowned Galician beef is considered one of Spainβs most prized breeds, celebrated for its rich flavour and heritage.

Dessert rounds off the evening with a seasonal mango Basque cheesecake, putting a summery twist on one of Spainβs best-loved desserts.
Speaking about the collaboration, Chef Halawa said the dinner was inspired by the memorable moments he experienced while travelling through Spain, with dishes designed to be shared over flowing conversation and plenty of laughter.
The experience is intentionally intimate, with limited seats available.
