bkry Opens in Nad Al Sheba

The story continues

Dubai’s cult-favourite bakery has officially expanded, with bkry opening its second location at Nad Al Sheba Mall. Following the success of its Alserkal Avenue outpost, the new space brings everything regulars love – from specialty coffee and slow-fermented sourdough to flaky viennoiserie – alongside an all-new dining menu and pastries you won’t find anywhere else.

The new venue stays true to bkry’s industrial-inspired aesthetic, featuring exposed structures, warm timber finishes and a striking glass-fronted production kitchen where guests can watch bakers at work throughout the day. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the surrounding greenery, while spacious seating makes it equally suited to solo coffee stops and family catch-ups. Sustainable design also plays a key role, with textured tiles created in collaboration with DATECRETE using innovative recycled materials.

The biggest reason to make the trip? Four Nad Al Sheba exclusives.

Expect indulgent creations including the Ecuadorian Chocolate Brownie Croissant, packed with single-origin chocolate brownie and candied hazelnuts, alongside the Pistachio Swirl with Amaretto Croissant layered with pistachio frangipane, cherries and praline.

Rounding out the line-up are the Cardamom Kouign-Amann, featuring a croissant-brioche hybrid dough with vanilla crème diplomate, and the Honey Nougatine Croissant, filled with honey-almond frangipane, almond praline and milk chocolate.

Unlike its original location, the Nad Al Sheba branch introduces a full all-day dining menu.

Breakfast ranges from a Truffle Scramble topped with shaved black truffle to Menemen and a tropical vegan chia pudding, while lunch and dinner spotlight sourdough pizzas, including a Beef Oxtail & Cheeks version finished with jerk hot honey. Pasta, soups, salads and desserts such as rice pudding soft serve and a rich chocolate creation complete the offering, alongside a dedicated children’s menu.

Co-founder Kameel Rasyid says the new location was designed specifically for the Nad Al Sheba community, with exclusive pastries and an expanded dining experience created just for the neighbourhood.

bkry at Nad Al Sheba Mall is now open daily from 8am to 10pm, joining the brand’s original Alserkal Avenue location.
