If your Wednesdays have been feeling a little predictable, RARE Brasserie & Bar has a new reason to head to City Walk. The Dubai steakhouse has launched Wednesday Burger Club, a weekly dining concept serving four exclusive burgers that are only available every Wednesday.
The new experience swaps the usual midweek deals for something a little more exciting: a limited-edition menu that changes over time, giving burger fans a fresh excuse to return week after week.
For its debut line-up, Wednesday Burger Club features four creations: The Oklahoma Smash, The Kimchi Smash, Hot Honey Chicken, and Filet-O-Fish. Each burger is served with a choice of skin-on fries or sweet potato fries.

The burgers won’t appear on RARE’s regular menu, meaning Wednesday is the only day to get your hands on them.
If you’ve still got room afterwards, desserts include the restaurant’s Skillet Cookie and Whipped Burnt Cheesecake, rounding off the meal on a sweet note.
The opening collection is only the beginning. RARE says the Burger Club menu will continue to evolve, with new burgers introduced over time to keep regulars coming back.
The experience is also powered by Guinness, adding to the relaxed, social atmosphere that the restaurant hopes will become a new midweek tradition.
Located in City Walk’s Licensed District, RARE has been steadily building a calendar of recurring dining experiences, and Wednesday Burger Club is its latest addition.
Rather than focusing on discounts, the concept centres on exclusive dishes that simply aren’t available any other day of the week.
If you’re looking to break up the working week with something more exciting than another ordinary dinner, Wednesdays at RARE may be worth adding to your calendar.
