Brand new plates this sunny season
Summer may be in full swing, but Dubai’s restaurants aren’t slowing down. Instead, many are embracing the season with limited-time menus, lighter dishes and fresh flavours that make dining out well worth leaving the air conditioning for. Whether you’re planning a leisurely lunch, a special dinner or simply looking to try something new, these are the latest summer menus to add to your list.
Oventine by Al Safadi

Oventine has introduced its Summer Edit across its Business Bay and Motor City locations, combining seasonal ingredients with the brand’s signature Lebanese-inspired flavours. New additions include the Chicken Truffle Royale flattie, Fiery Sujouk and Bass-Terma wraps, alongside fresh salads, protein bowls and an expanded dessert selection. It’s an ideal choice for a quick lunch or a relaxed casual dinner.

COYA’s seasonal menus offer two excellent reasons to visit this summer. Available weekdays, the Summer Lunch Menu (AED 130) features a curated selection of Peruvian-inspired dishes, while the Summer Dinner Menu (AED 250) showcases the restaurant’s signature ceviches, grilled mains and desserts. Expect bold flavours, refined presentation and excellent value.

It’s a thoughtfully curated experience that celebrates Japanese summer produce at its peak.
Little Miss India

Little Miss India at Fairmont The Palm is celebrating the culinary ties between India and the UAE with Mohini’s Travel Diary, a limited-time menu available from July to September. Created by Chef Mohammed Arif, the menu features dishes such as Karare Aloo Falafel Chaat, Lamb Arayes Kulcha and Pistachio Kunafa Falooda, each inspired by the shared flavours and traditions of the two regions.
NETTE Al Barari

Its limited-edition menu includes Burnt Basque Ube Cheesecake, Ube Crinkle Cookies, the refreshing Ube Cloud and the layered Ube Matcha. Available throughout the season, it’s a fresh take on one of this year’s fastest-growing food trends.
Pitfire Pizza

Pitfire Pizza has introduced a trio of summer favourites, led by the new Cherry Bomb featuring fennel sausage, pickled cherry peppers and hot honey on its signature sourdough base. The popular Summer Tomato Pie also returns with locally grown Pure Harvest tomatoes, while the much-loved Queen B continues to offer a lighter option topped with creamy burrata and balsamic glaze.
