Sharjah’s dining scene is about to welcome a stylish new addition. Following the success of its Dubai Mall venue, Third Avenue is opening its second UAE location in Al Qarayen this July, bringing together Mediterranean-inspired dining, contemporary interiors and a unique fragrance experience in one destination.
The new venue combines Third Avenue’s signature restaurant with Khaltat Boutique, allowing guests to move seamlessly from lunch or dinner to exploring luxury perfumes, all within the same thoughtfully designed space.

Unlike a traditional restaurant, Third Avenue Sharjah has been created as a sensory destination where food, design and fragrance work together. The intimate 20-seat venue features organic architectural forms, curved seating, soft lighting and natural textures to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
At its centre is a striking circular bar, while a curved glass wall separates the restaurant from Khaltat Boutique, keeping both spaces visually connected and filled with natural light.
The result is a boutique-style destination that feels warm, immersive and ideal for everything from a morning coffee to an evening meal.
The Sharjah branch will serve a curated selection of Third Avenue’s most popular dishes from Dubai Mall, tailored for the smaller setting.
Highlights include the Chilli Crunch Salad, Dynamite Shrimps, Short Rib Pizza, Katsu Chicken Sando, Pistachio Ice Cream and indulgent Caramel Brownies. Diners can also expect fresh salads, handcrafted pizzas, hearty mains, sandwiches and desserts throughout the day.
One of the biggest talking points is the integration of Khaltat Boutique within the venue. After dining, guests can browse the perfume collection, creating an experience that blends taste with scent in a way rarely seen in the UAE.
Founder and CEO of Mohamed Hilal Group, Mohamed Hilal, said the concept was designed to offer more than just a meal.

With its carefully curated menu, boutique atmosphere and distinctive concept, Third Avenue Sharjah looks set to become one of the emirate’s most exciting new dining openings this summer.
