Dubai’s after-work drinks scene has a new addition. Grand Millennium Dubai has officially opened Toshi Bar, a stylish extension of its popular Asian restaurant, Toshi, offering a dedicated space for cocktails, premium spirits and Asian-inspired bites.
Designed as a contemporary social hub, the new venue combines warm interiors with a relaxed atmosphere, making it an easy choice for post-office drinks, casual catch-ups or the start of a night out. The launch expands the hotel’s award-winning Toshi concept with a bar-focused experience centred around expertly crafted drinks and shareable plates.
To mark the opening, Toshi Bar is introducing an all-day happy hour available every day from 12.30pm until 1am. Drinks start from just AED 28, with the menu featuring draught and bottled hops, house grapes and a selection of premium spirits.
The drinks are paired with a dedicated menu of Asian-inspired bar bites. Expect favourites including edamame, prawn tempura, Korean spicy wings, gyoza baskets, tuna tataki and Green Dragon sushi rolls, alongside sashimi, seafood and vegetarian platters designed for sharing.
Whether you’re planning a quick drink after work or settling in for a longer evening with friends, Toshi Bar aims to deliver authentic Asian flavours alongside the welcoming hospitality the restaurant has become known for.
