Harbour House’s latest addition
Alphamind Hospitality has a brand new opening – Sutēki, a wagyu room meets supper club meets gallery, gearing up to welcome diners from this week. Set to open at Harbour House in Dubai Harbour on 6 May, the concept will serve an entire menu designed around one ingredient – wagyu.
The inspiration is the city of Tokyo in all its modern glory; the way it eats, the way its kitchens navigate cuisine. Wagyu, a prized variety of Japanese meat, is the medium, and the outlet is a compact selection curated to reflect both a deep respect for traditional technique and precision, and the refreshing expression of global flavour.
The Interiors
The space is designed from an ‘art-house point of view’, washed in soft yellow lighting, warm wood and the subtlety of an understated art space. Walls adorned with carefully chosen works, eclectic pieces filling the corners and walls in warm shades of red and orange inject character, along with grand, sweeping views of the Harbour beyond.
“Sutēki isn’t about adding another restaurant to the city. It’s about creating a space with a clear point of view, where wagyu is the hero, and the evening is built around an experience rather than just a meal,” says Tony Habre, CEO of AlphaMind.

The Food and Beverage
The star of the menu is, of course, the wagyu. On this menu, it takes several different forms, from raw to grilled and innovative reinterpretations.
The focus of the drinks program is a collection of over 20 Japanese whiskies, along with a wine and sake selection. There is also a cocktail menu featuring signature formulations made with Japanese ingredients.
